An alternative to basting, tacks and staples.  Each set includes a 48" piece of "hook" - attaches to your frame and a 48" piece of "loop" with attaches to your canvas.
They may be cut to fit a 24" scroll frame project or a 12" square set of stretcher bars.  
The "hook" will be permanently attached to your frame and the "loop" piece can be reused 2-3 times
