JANUARY TRUNK SHOW
Customer "Stash Sale" Starts January 14, 2026 thru January 31st. After much success last year we are happy to announce we are hosting our customer "Stash Sale" again this year. The guidelines are as follows:
-Painted Canvas Only - any mesh size, but must be unstitched
-Painted Canvases must be clean (no pet hair) and have no odor (smoke free).
-All tape or seam binding tape must be removed from the canvas.
-No threads
-No Stretcher Bars
-No Accessories or Tools
-Only professionally printed stitch guides that accompany the canvas may be inclued - Exclusions are subject to the discretion of Stitchers Garden.
-Canvases mush have a sticker stapled to the lower left corner with your price. Please keep in mind this is an event similar to finding a canvas at an estate sale and they should be priced accordingly. Designs that are older than 20 years should be priced at 1/4 or 1/3 of the original purchase price.
-All canvases should be packaged together with a written listing of what is included - Please list the following:
- Item description - title if you know it
- Item price
- Customer name, phone and email
- We will photo copy your written sheet when you turn in your canvases.
-Customers recieve 70% of the sale of any of your items sold in the form of a store credit.
-Stitchers Garden receives 30% of the sale of any of your items sold.
-Unsold items will be donated to charity and will not be returned to the customer.
-Store credits will be available February 6, 2026
-We will accept canvases at the store (in person or by mail) from December 26, 2025 thru January 10, 2026.
