Get ready for Friday!
I hope you all had a fabulous Memorial Day weekend. It was strange not to attend any barbeques or graduation parties. I also can't believe I now have two college students!
I am so happy to announce that we will be open for in-store shopping beginning Friday, May 29th at 1:00. Things will look a little different going forward, but the ladies and I are so excited to have you all back in the store. Because our Governor is allowing retail to open in phases there will be some rules that we will all need to follow. If you have any questions please feel free to call the store. 630-946-6216
- Shopping Hours: 10:30 -12:30 and 1:00-4:30. Tuesday-Saturday
- We will be closed from 12:30-1:00 to allow for cleaning and a mask free lunch break for all employees. During this time we will be re-sanitzing the store.
- Appointments will not be necessary, but I would recommend calling ahead if you are on a time schedule.
- A maximum of three (3) customers will be allowed in the store at any time.
- Customers are required to wear a mask at all times.
- You will be required to use our hand sanitizer upon entering the store. Gloves of any kind ARE NOT PERMITTED.
- Restroom facilities will not be available to customers.
- Stitching groups are cancelled until further notice.
We are happy to work with whatever level of comfort works for you:
- Curbside pickup and shipping will be available if you prefer.
- Canvases may dropped off to have threads pulled and a pickup date will be scheduled. It should take much less time than recently because I will have additional help pulling threads.
- You may continue to email with your thread needs and we will call and let you know when they are ready.
- Finishing may be dropped off at anytime during our open business hours. Please include your name, phone and written instructions. If we have any questions we will call you back for clarification. Finishing is currently taking a minimum of 16 weeks from the time the finisher receives the items. There is a very strong chance that the finishing deadline for Christmas delivery will be moved up to sometime in July.
